If you’re not 100% satisfied please contact us at dozy@dozyoats.com so we can make it right.

New Customer Money Back Guarantee:  We provide money back on all first-time orders up to $35. If, for whatever reason, you do not like Dozy Oats (a rare occurrence, but it can happen - not everyone has the same taste), just email us within 30 days of your delivery to let us know. 

Flavor Satisfaction Guarantee:  If, you do not enjoy a flavor, we'll replace it with a flavor of your choice for free in your next box. (We're fairly certain you will find several that you like - if not love).  Just email us within 30 days of your delivery to let us know.

Of course, if there are any other issues that prevent you from being 100% satisfied, please let us know so we can resolve the situation accordingly.
