Maybe your parents or grandparents told you oats were a good breakfast because they “stick to your ribs.” They were right! Fiber, along with minerals and vitamins, make oats a filling and nourishing way to start your day. We mix dried fruits, spices, sweeteners, and sometimes special extras (chocolate chips) into Dozy Oats to make them an even better way to wake up than plain oatmeal – a version you’ll actually want to eat. Our oats certainly are. We only use certified gluten-free oats for all of our recipes. So, you can rest assured that they are truly Gluten Free.
It's very simple. Just pour 1 package into a jar, mug or bowl. Add 2/3 cup of your favorite milk (any kind will do). Let the oats sleep in the fridge overnight. Then, enjoy them in the morning - cold or hot*.
*The Dozy Jar, included with all 1st time orders is microwave-safe. If you prefer your oats hot, just microwave them in the jar (with. the lid off) for 45-60 seconds before eating.
